Should we build custom software or buy an existing product?
Buy when a mature product covers most of your process — it is usually cheaper. Build when the process is what sets you apart, or when licences and workarounds cost more than owning the tool. If an existing product fits, we will say so in the first call.
Can you work with our existing systems?
